This 2 Day Course is the full instructor course and not only has the highest REPs accreditation it also holds the Optimal Life Fitness Groups Certification of ‘Extreme Kettlebell Instructor’ (EKI) and is delivered in partnership with Optimal Life Fitness.
The course teaches personal trainers the how and why behind kettlebell training. You will learn how to make your client perform and function better. Advanced techniques are taught which will give you the edge over other trainers in client performance. The 2 day course is the most in depth course written in kettlebell training for fitness and sports performance.
When you sign up and complete this course you get so much more than just a 2 day course.
Once you have completed this course you can then go on to enrole on the Advanced Extreme Kettlebell Instructor Course.
Trainers that fail the assessment can reassess for free at one of the Optimal Life Fitness’ future course locations.

All of the exercises taught in the 2 day course are broken down and trainers will learn all of the necessary techniques to perform them safely and effectively. They will also learn the variations for the exercises and the benefits of each exercise for the body.
